1. General Policy

Welcome to Victoria Club Hotel, Puri. By booking a stay with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. The hotel management reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Check-in & Check-out

*Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Identification Requirement

As per Government of India regulations, it is mandatory for all guests (adults) to present a valid Government-issued Photo ID with address proof at the time of check-in (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport). PAN Cards are not accepted as valid address proof.

4. Booking & Cancellation

• Advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.
• Cancellation policies vary based on the season and rate plan selected. Please verify the policy at the time of booking.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original method of payment.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are requested to respect the privacy and comfort of others. Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be charged to their account. The hotel reserves the right of admission.
